Booking & Punctuality
To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you respect the scheduled booking times. Our sessions are structured to deliver the best results within the allocated time frame.
- Please arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled booking time to allow for preparation and briefing.
- If you arrive late, the lost time will be deducted from your total session duration. We are unable to extend the session to compensate for client delays.
- We are not responsible for providing additional time if the delay is caused on your end.
- If a delay is caused on our end, we will provide the equivalent additional time to ensure you receive the full session duration you booked.
Tip: We recommend scouting your chosen location in advance or arriving early to settle in and feel comfortable before the session begins.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. The following refund schedule applies to all cancelled bookings, calculated from the date of the scheduled shoot:

Please note: All cancellation requests must be submitted via the contact form on our website. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
Photo Bundle Policy
When you purchase a photo bundle (individual photos from our collection), the following terms apply:
- If we do not have your photos available in our drive (for example, if they have been removed or were never captured), you will receive a 100% automatic refund.
- Photo bundles are delivered digitally within 24 to 48 hours of purchase, unless you opted for on-the-spot delivery.
Videoshoot Services
Our video services follow a specific booking structure:
- Video recordings can only be booked on the spot or as an add-on to an existing photoshoot booking.
- We do not accept standalone video-only reservations at the standard rates of 10 or 30 euros for different locations.
- Dedicated video sessions with customised rates may be arranged upon special request, tailored to the client's specific needs and requirements. Please reach out via the contact form to discuss.
Editing Services
Our editing packages are available for both photos taken by us and photos provided by the client. Please review the following guidelines carefully:
- Editing packages apply to both our photos and your own photos that you submit for editing.
- You must provide an editing reference link (an example image or style guide showing how you want the photos to be edited). This is mandatory for all editing orders.
- There are no revision options. The edited files will be delivered once, based on the reference you provided.
- Delivery is completed within 24 to 48 hours after submission.
Important: Since there are no revisions, please ensure your editing reference accurately reflects the style, tone, and adjustments you expect. We strongly recommend sharing a clear example to avoid any misunderstandings.
Subscription Policy
All monthly support subscriptions are governed by the following terms:
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time upon request.
- To request a cancellation, please submit a request via our contact form and include the following information:
- Your Subscription ID or the subscription confirmation email
- The subscription amount
- The date you were last charged by your bank
- The last 4 digits of the card used for payment
- Once a cancellation request is submitted, it will be processed within 30 to 45 days, including the time required for your bank to process the request.
- Your subscription will be cancelled after your next billing cycle completes, to cover the timeframe of benefits already used under the current period.
- Subscription fees that have already been charged are non-refundable.
Note: The processing time includes delays that may occur on your bank's end. We aim to handle every cancellation request as promptly as possible.

- By placing an order or booking a service on Ophotogenic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies outlined on this page.
- Ophotogenic reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
- All services are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
